International trucks what parts are interchangeable through the years

I have found a running 91 model cab and chassis with a 7.3 engine locally for $800 bucks. It has the newer style hood and the cab/doors appear to be in decent shape. The cabs look very similar. Can i swap the hood and the doors from the 91 onto the 89 without much modification? If so are the fenders that mount behind the hood the same or can they be swapped easily also? I am thinking the running 7.3 should be worth close to $800 so I might be able to get the hood,doors, and maybe seats for close to free if I buy it and resell the engine. Thoughts?
