Hey guys hows it going?

I was just wondering if any one know the weight of a JOHN DEERE 450 B?

My dad is looking into buying one, I dont have a pic of the one he is thinking about getting yet, but i am going to go by there this week and take some pics of it and the trailer.

Im just wondering if my hitch can handle pulling a tractor that size? Its a shelton class five.

*****here is a pic of one that i got off of ebay for now till i get pics of the actual one he is looking at getting......

what are your thoughts? any info is appreciated.

thanks justin

its it a loader backhoe or a dozer, my buddy towed one of his F350 with a 7.3 its a dually and it was a friggin load on the truck, unloading it off the trailer it lifted the back end of the truck about 3 feet off the ground

here are pics that i took of it today...

this is the trailer... It has been sitting for a while, so it needs new wood, tires, brakes.....

The tractor itself has been sitting a while too, it def needs new hoses and all fluids changed...

and yes it is a backhoe as well...

Should be ok, make sure from sitting the cylinders aren pitted w/rust. Look a tthe tracks, for a farm machine they are probably ok but if the pins cant be turned and are bad, they are SUPER EXPENSIVE to replace.

A TLB is generally somewhere 15k#, so that crawler would probably be closer to 20k with the hoe.

Should pull it OK, but be careful where you place it on the trailer.

If you pulling trailer and Machine with that Truck Your looking For trouble Thats way to much weight for that truck you will jack knife for sure and be lucky if not seriously Hurt need bigger truck it will lift front end off ground and you better have good rear trailer brakes, I wouldn't do it
