I read in one of the Diesel mags that getting power out of a tunner with stock injectors causes the injectors to be open longer causeing the timming to be more critical and increasing the CPs. My question is; if you switch to 155cc or larger and only want the same power that you had with a set of 135cc and a good tune. Will it decrease the CPs because the injectors do not need to be open as long?:thumbsup

there are two things in consideration here pulswidth and timing. the big thing used to be to crank the timing and jack the cps out the roof but now most all tuners found that if you play with pulsewidth and fuel density there is no real need to crank the timing and gain power. So to answer your question if you using a tune with high timing then yes the 150s can help if your tuner drops the timming but other than that more fuel will add more power so will also raise the cps.
