ill be CAREFULLY monitoring this thread :D
I WANT a TT...i want to be able to haul motorcycles
while towing the trailer (and i expect to add a 45g
in bed tank).

im interested in Bunk Houses myself...prefer a 4 buck (rear)
and a queen front...Id like to have at least TWO bunks that
are large enough for one adult each to sleep and STILL
be comfortable.

Yea mines a rear quad bunk, front queen, with center living. Probably only one of the bunks would "comfortably" sleep an adult. There all big enough, and will hold up to 300 pounds, but ones a little bigger. That's all for the kids. The rear bunks actually has a slide, and they have thier own tv, playstaion, and that kind of stuff back there. It's like thier own seperate room. Funny how I like my travel trailer to have all the comforts of home, but when I go camping the only time we ever spend in it, is at night sleeping.

so you have the 299BHS ?

I like the layout of the 371BHS but DAMM that thing is LONG (39' 8") and its
not the lightest thing @ 8700lbs.

No I got the 311bhs. It's 35 feet hitch to bumber. That 371bhs is more like a park model.

Here's our camper. We've had it for 10 years now. It's not much but we love it. We have a lot of good times with it.

Don,

I think I might be becoming a bit obsessed too. This is my first, and I can't stop thinking about getting it all fixed up to sell.......then buy another and do it all over again.

They tow like a dream. Even in high winds, I hardly know it is back there. When the hurricane came thru back in October (80-85 mph winds), all the other folks in the campground were up all night worried about whether or not they would survive.... I slept like a rock.

I think with the next one, I'll get a rolling shell and completely customize the interior.

Big thumbs up to Airstream.:thumbsup
