Does your truck have the 7.3L...or does it have the Cummins in it? There is another Aussie member that has a SuperDuty but it has the Cummins...factory installed...in it.

7.3

Powerstroke 7.3 - we never got the 6 litre models down here!
You could orde rthem new with the 7.3 up to year model 2006!
This year 2007 we get no F truck imports at all!.
Apparently next year we get the new 6.4 litre?

Ours are made in Brazil and not quite up to the level of fitout your used too...

We get no options like manual trans - it's auto only!
Also no block heaters etc (obviously not needed here since it never gets cold enough to warrant one).

Cheers!

Here's the member I was talking about

AussieDave. In his signature he has a 2002 PSD with a 4.2L inline 6 cyl diesel thats distributed by MWM...which I believe is associated with Navistar.

Thank You Gentlemen

Thanks heaps guys - I'm a bit old to have such stuff plastered on my truck - but I figure I'm allowed a 2nd childhood!

Both are sayings I've pilfered from various boards - and a member stateside cut the vinyle for me and was good enough to post it downunder!

I've had a few Ford folks drive past chuckling and give me the thumbs up! LOL

Then again I've had a few kids in their ricers scowling drive past and giving me the finger too! :damnit :pointlaugh

I'm thinking a mounting a half dozen of these across the front of my roo bar, with strings attached to the triggers and run inside the cab to take care of the ricers at the next set of lights!

I think

I think they call them things a "street sweeper"...

Bout all you'd need on the front a that Cummins is a rotary street sweeper brush to sweep the dust aside from whatever was in front when you let fly with the rotary drum shotgun & then drive on thru!! LOL

Hey - imagine the rotary drum full of 3 inch magnum shells - alternate Breneke slug and SG's rounds!

Ain't much gonna get in your way or slow you down then!

Maybe a "standard fitting" for future Iraq bound humvees! :sly:

Cheers!
