I am having a problem with my driver side brake locking up had the same issue with the rear a few months back what would be causing this?

How often do you change/flush the fluid?

It can be a number of things.

Rusted pad ends locking in bracket (if truck tends to sit).
Rusted slide pins.
Stuck caliper piston.
Brake hose with internal tear acting like a one way valve.

I went through the same thing with my 2005 F-250. The shop's answer was to replace everything for $1500. New rotors, new calipers, new pads, etc. It hasn't done it since. The last time I took it in the driver's side wheel hub was over 800 degrees.
