I got a guy I work with that has a 07 duramax. Is PPE the best still for the duramax? or is there a better one?

Depends on what your looking for. The PPE is one of the better canned turners, but if your looking for more then EFI Live is the next step. It will allow almost infinite tune-ability or you can buy tunes from someone whom offers EFI Live tunes.
