My 2002 7.3 power stroke has 180,000 miles & sometimes it has very reduced power for a short time about one to three minutes then it suddenly roars back to full power. I have never dropped the fuel tank and checked the fuel screens but after many years of this occasional problem I think this could be the problem.Any help is appreciated

Yes I am looking into the boost valve is possibly sticking
