The problem is cold-weather blended fuel. You will get less mpg than summer blend.

He's right...winter fuel = less mpg's. I found a station near me that carries 'summer fuel' year round. I have been filling up 3/4 there and 1/4 with winter blend...along with my regular use of 2 stroke oil, I have not had a problem all winter. It has been -30 here, with the truck not plugged in, and it has started every time.
Also, it never hurts to change your fuel filter often...

Like everyone said, in the dead of winter fuel mileage is at it's worst. If you live in the colder regions of the USA or Canada simply plugging in your truck can double your fuel mileage. I saw 13-15 before with my 98 2wd that was capable of 30MPG in the summer and did high 20's more than a dozen fill ups.
Also you might try and un-install the edge and check for codes. Just to eliminate other possible faults.

Your getting exactly what I'm getting right now with this crappy winterized fuel. Locally I'm seeing 13-14 MPG because of my short trip driving. The truck never really go far now.

But like yesterday I made a day trip to Boise, ID and barely pulled a 15.7 MPG I know as soon as winter fuel go away I regain my high numbers again. Happen every winter... It just that with the change of fuel going to ULSD and other crap they added it really starting to drop in MPG...

I get lower mileage during the winter also due to the fact that it is so cold not just the fuel. Sometimes I will drive my truck for 45min and the thermostat doesn't even budge of the lefthand peg. It's just winter, happens for gas vehicles aswell.
