I can't get this thing to stop smoking at idle, I have replaced all injectors, rebuilt stc valve, adjusted the stc valve and gone through the viscocity sensor, and nothing seems to fix the problem. The engine runs great through out the rpm range except at idle. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

What color is the smoke?

How many miles/hrs on it?

Does it only smoke at idle, minus the usual smoke on accel?

Use any oil?

Anyone messed with the timing?

Is the fuel pressure where it is supposed to be?

smoke

Check oil psi at idle if lower than 18 psi not enough to run injecters, we find 1 or more piston cooling nozzles broke causeing low oil psi at idle not letting stc work quite often, if so just pull nozzles out side and check.

Thanks for all of the replies, I found that 4 of the new injectors had too small of a cup size for the injector link and it spread it out enough to lose enough oil pressure at the injectors to cause it to smoke at idle.
Thanks again!
