i have a 92 f250 7.3 idi with rotted fuel tanks, bad fuel sending units, rotted lines and a bad fuel select valve. i really do not want to spend a million dollars to replace everything ,but what i have is a 95 gallon square alum fuel tank that will mount inside of the bed.if i use the alum tank the fuel pick up and return line will be at the top of the bed rail.will it give me problems with the fuel return that high? has anyone done this before . i have searched this forum but found no information on this type of install .any advise will be appreciated Bob

the problem wasnt the cost of the tanks its the cost of the fuel tank sending units/draw tubes.i did buy a new front tank from partsgeek.com and made a pick up from a gasser work.removed fuel pump and extended the pick up and return seems to be working fine.
