I need some help with my tuner, I am having trouble loading it on my truck, when I first hooked it up to the truck it scanned and read the truck computer and copied the codes from it and VIN#, I did not remove the fuses from the under hood panel and think that is my problem now. When I hook it up to the truck it says it is checking the stored VIN# against the Truck VIN# and it seems to take forever to do this, even when I try to run the diagnostics on it to check and clear codes it seems to take forever. I read the manual and found 3 fuses that I believe are the ones, 2 for the Engine ECM and 1 for Audio/Radio, I would like to know if these are the correct fuses to pull or am I missing some and is there a way to clear the tuner back to factory settings when I got it to start over, I appreciate and info and help on this as this is my first time setting up and loading a tuner on my Truck, it did not load any settings on the Truck and the truck is still at stock factory settings.

I have the PPE Tuner for the LMM 225/440 for all settings

What year truck is it? you might want to try removing the radio, info, ecm batt., and ecm ign. fuses.. if it is the new body style (lmm) you shouldnt have to remove any fuses... you can return the truck to stock through the diagnostic options from the main menu... if still nothing call 714)985-4825 ask for Robert

I found with my truck (03) that all I have to do is shut the radio and HVAC off first. I also try not to open the doors or disturb the electrics in any way while I'm loading a tune. I am not sure if that would help you.
