Have an 09 with 93k miles, was bone stock until yesterday when it got a cold air, dpf delete and sct tune. I ran the truck approx 60 easy miles last night, ran great but when I got home I noticed an oil film in the exhaust tailpipe? Truck never had any engine work previously, dpf issues etc. ?? I realize that deleting it you take all the back psi away from the engine. Any guesses? And also also when I'm tuning with sct I'm using default trans shift points, is this a good thing? It seems that the shifts are right on top of each other

I am not a mechanic but based on your description I would bet you have a failed turbo seal. That would allow oil to seep by and oil up you intercooler and tailpipes. You wouldn't have noticed it with dpf because the oil would have been captured and incinerated. The only thing you would have noticed is more frequent regen cycles.

Maybe a tech will chime in with a more educated answer.
