Lower oil pan could be feasible, but bed-plate no way. Bed-plate is also part of lower crankshaft bearing journals. My bed-plate has had a minor seep since truck was new, gathers oil slightly on lower bell housing, has not ever gotten any worse, so it's not worth the work to me to repair and I didn't trust anyone doing it under warranty way back when. Best way to tackle these operations would be to pull the engine.

Well after more checking the leak appears to be comig from under the oil cooler cover, so can the intake manifold be removed without removing Turbo?

A day late and a dollar short on my advice, but turbo removal is not that bad on these trucks....and glad you found & fixed leak.
