ok check this i put a brand new vp44 pump on my tuck along with a new lift pump and fuiel filter bled lines got truck to run let it idel for a wile and reved it up a couple times etc thn drove it ran fine jump all over it etc did good for a littel bit then bam it dies bled the lines again it had a bunch of air repedid 3 times etc did same thing but i can sit in my drive way hold it a 2000 or 2500 i wont die some one help me get an idea :poke: :shrug: :shrug: :smoke: all i wana do is :smoke :ph

Be sure you got all of the fittings in the fuel system sealed and tightened properly. Did you replace the fuel lines, too?

hay awser theis plez mopar or any one else

ok check this mopar look i got 17 psi fuel k driving down the road what ever it dont drop below 15 no matter what then its like the key shuts off and i got to get out and bled the lines again any ideas

Did you have any air bubbles during the lift pump test? Any air is a sign of air leak...

Also you can reverse this... Pressurize the fuel tank with about 1 to 2 PSI at the most and look for wet spots in the fuel lines. I heard of rusted connector at the fuel senders, damaged banjo bolt washers, return line cracks (air leak), damaged pick up tube in the fuel tank, Etc...

It really does sound like an air leak somewhere. That is why I asked about fuel lines. Michael's suggestion sounds like a good one. Pay close attention to connections and the top of the tank. You may want to clean everything up good first, so you can see if there are any leaks.

ya but if i had that i would get some kind of a rouf idel or somthing not a just poof its its like some one turned the key off and then i got to bleed the lines its wired its runs so good then poof wow no ones ever had this problem its crazey
