Guy from Maine and his excellent repair .

Anyone else have this problem with the frames ?

You will only have that problem if you plow:D

Honestly, poor plow frame design is to blame. Look at how the plow frame bolts on and the leverage it creates on the front frame section. If the plow frame had a brace to a spot on the frame further back it would be no issue. I have yet to see one in person, but it does happen.
The 1st GM IFS trucks with the fisher plows had a nice set up to prevent this.

GM does have the weaker of the frames out of the big 3, it was in TT magazine awhile back, but anyways, the fisher set-ups are the onyl way to go, don't use a POS blizzard or boss or western, JUNK.

Your right, I hate being able to plow more snow in less time. I have the 810 and 8611 and can't complain about them at all.
