Shhhhhh, don't tell anyone I told you, but you can technically hook any brand thermocouple to any brand gauge (assuming the physical wiring connections are the same). Most are ring terminals, but some brands (ISSPRO included) use an offset wire length while others use equal length. It's easy to "fold back" the extra length to mix the two types.
