I have read everything on several forums about the Quadzilla Adrenaline, and can't seem to find aything current, so my question is for those of you running one, how do you like it? Have you had any issues with it? What does it do that the edge doesn't do? I have been considering an edge with attitude for several years, and could never find the money, so i decided that I need to bite the bullet. My truck has 105k and i recently developed a Death Wobble also, which I hope to get fixed tommorrow. Thanks in advance for your assistance. JP

Well first off you need to address the fuel system before you add any power. If you have already done so then your on the right track. The adr is supposed to make 180hp over stock, custom tuning etc. But the issues with the box seem to be numerous. Surge issues, boxes having electrical problems, just turns off and wont work. It's like an old microsoft windows 95 just have to turn it off and restart it for no reason. I have seen a dyno showdown on same truck with the quad and the edge and the edge made more power. They tried all the hot tunes for the quad etc. The edge has all the issues taken care of. Puts out reliable power and just works. I have had my juice with attitude for 2 years now with 0 issues. On the dyno with an old setup it produce 160 over level 0. That was to the rear wheels. There are a lot of used boxes around so find a good deal on one and enjoy it.

Could not have said it better than 01quadcab did. Yea the Quad has some nifty little things with it, and supposedly make more power, but there are a bunch of weird issues with it.

Stick with the tried and true Juice with attitude. Had mine for 9 months and the box went funky, edge sent entire new harness and box for free and was installed for free. They have great customer service.

I just happened to see the post first. What year truck do you have? Edge is very reliable compared to most other programmers out there. One day I would love to test a quad to my edge and run the track. But I don't know anyone around here that has a quad anymore as they didn't like them

I have the quad adr on my 01 and I love it... had it for 8 monthes without a problem, and all the surge issues have been taken care of. It has plenty of power too... I am not parcial to either edge or quad... the only thing that sold me on the quad was the custom tuning, and I got it for about $200 less than the edge j w/a...

i love my quad. it was on my 98 when i bought it. it does surge a little, but after i downloaded a diff tune it stopped. puts ou tgood power and it has the max mileage setting on level 1. and i noticed a big diff with highway driving. but with either the quad or edge be ready to get a stouter clutch. i cant run it past level 7 without it slippin. but it only slips when im on it hard at about 75-80. my lift pump is just a stock one but im gonna need to upgrade here soon.
