I just got my second 6.4 home this morning. I already have a 2010 250 Spartan tuned and I bought an 08 f350 4x4 SRW as my work truck and gonna sell my Dmax. I had the leveling kit and 35s installed after lunch and have a couple of questions on my next upgrades.

1) Can I use my SCT that I used with my 05 F250 to program the truck for slightly more power and dpf delete (along with a delete pipe)?

2) Being an early model 08 I had read that there were some head gasket issues, what is a safe level to tune the truck? It will tow alot of heavy loads (farm trailers, etc.), idle alot, and be off road most of the time.

3) Can I add the upfitter switches?

thanks

You could set your Spartan tuner up to tune both trucks. It will cost you $699.00 for the new license, but that is basically like buying a new tuner for the truck. The nice thing about doing it is being able to only have to worry about one tuner.

As for the 6.0 SCT tuner, I don't think it will work on the 2008 truck.
