Hi guys,
I was wondering if it is possible to change my rear axle that has drum brakes with one with disc brakes and if yes what would be involved?
I can get my hands on a axle complete with rotors, calipers etc
Ow,it is a 1996 econoline cargo van (long body)

I think the big thing on the newer axles with disc brakes is the spring pads arent in the right spot. If thats all a guy could cut them loose and reweld them in the right spot.

I 'think' the rear on a '98 E-350 is a D60.......but I need to verify that.
