Please do tell why you would want to do that, I have seen it done and even with the high heat hoses and lots of protection and long spaces to cut down on flexing the hoses they are a continual problem. The adapters are available for the Cummins from Cummins.
I do not know about the Fords.
Never had a problem on my 7.3 with the remote mount dual bypass set up.
Reason for doing it on the dodge is the filter is in a "f"ed up spot to get to while laying on a creeper.
Guess the venders are too good on here anymore to qoute me the part. Ive spend many thousands of $$ with the vendors on this site. I've noticed this place has changed.
