I got a 04 6.0 in my 250 an it will run fine some days an u can be riding down the road and it will start losing power like it’s no fuel I put a new fuel pump in a. Check the pick up in the tank it’s good it had 75 pounds of pressure an I took the fuel pressure regulator a part an clean it out an put it back together an it only had 40 psi I took it apart again an put it back together and now it has 100 psi is that okay or not

100 psi is too much.

You probably need to install a fuel pressure regulator kit. Get one from ford, and for your engine's year model.

Who knows if that is the issue with running rough though. You need a good scan tool that reads codes thoroughly. Get ForScan or ForScan Lite.
