Hi All,
Well it was another great event at Scheids.the portion at the fairgrounds seems to get bigger every year.David and I worked our butts off on friday and saturday.we really appreciate everyone who came by.

ya, dodges were prolly 80% of the trucks there! i wish i woulda got mine dynoed on dunbars dyno! the mustang was WAY off on the #s!

I noticed too that the numbers that I read off the board at the one dyno were way higher than the other, I wandered if one of them was screwed up.

Who's Wes Wade and why are his results "Top Secret-Classified"?


Makes sense that most are Dodge trucks...isn't Scheid a Dodge shop?

Wes bought an hour of time to test some different box settings and didn't want his numbers posted.

He's just another big time truck puller from KY!

Scheid is a Diesel Injection shop, but their dyno doesn't tent to be acurrate as the Diesel Performance motorsports dyno. One local guy (Steve McClanahan-1995 Dodge-534.-1015.3) Dynoed on both and was about 100 hp different between the two.

Anyone know what the '08 Super Duty had for programming that dynoed 359/679???

Yep! he and his cousin both have the first edition of SCT Live wire Extreme from us(2L Motorsports). Along with aFe intakes, 5" DPF back exhaust w/ 6" tip, and he is currently waiting to get the DPF delete pipe!

was the the silver one with big rims and dual exhaust? good looking truck!

and ya, i dynoed at a local dyno and the #s on the mustang at scheids was 100 less hp and 200 more torque!

White with big rims, the vents part of the badges are painted white to match the truck. Its an awesome truck for sure, has the touch screen radio/6 disc CD/ navigation

Still lacking some serious power IMO for what it should be capable of. Hopefully when custom tuning comes available it blows that number out the window!!!! :Thumbup:

I would have been pritty mad if I spent $75 to dyno down there and found out the numbers were 100hp off and pritty much useless.

ya, i was pretty upset about it, but what are you going to do ya know...:shrug: wish i woulda saved the money, went back to where i dynoed before and spent 100 again to get actual #s and see if my t/c helped put down any more power...:smoke

arnt hey two diffrent types of dynos. scheids is a load dyno. and dunbar uses a dayno jet. i was told that dunbars dyno is not not accurate at all and can be fooled and that the load dyno gives a more accurate number. but i do not know, and i do not want anyone to think i am sticking up for scheids because that is not the case here. I am not much of a fan for that company they just put on a good show if you ask me.
