2011 F-250 SC 6.7L 14K miles

I have noticed a slight drop in gas mileage. Not much, 1-1.5 mpg average over the past month. Could it be the colder weather setting in???

Not too sure what to expect since this is my first Diesel.

probably winter diesel, the mix is different and you will lose a little mileage.

Come November my mileage always starts to go down between the fuel and the increased idle/longer warmups (a colder engine doesn't run as efficiently).

Definately more idel time for warm up but I know my mileage drops due to tire selection during winter as well.

I run a softer mud terrain with studs and siping (sp?). Also lower tire pressure for better tread contact seems to impact the fuel economy.

I have 60,000 km's or about 40,000 miles on my CC 4x4.
