I needed spot mirrors, but did not want to take up half the regular mirror surface with the stick on mirrors. So this is my solution. I made a right angle bracket out of 1/8 material, then drilled and tapped it for 10-32 screw. I then angled the mirror assembly forward and with the truck window open drilled a clearance hole in the edge of the mirror assembly, bolted up the right angle bracket and put on some adjustable stick on mirrors. Works great. If this worked, there should be some pictures attached.

They work great, I haven't towed with them yet, but I think they will be better than what we had. Next I am going to tackle the mirror shake issue. I am going to try some closed cell foam stuffed behind the mirror head. I hope that helps as it is a PIA.
