Now usually pulling an Egr valve is no big deal. On the 6.4l they use no sealing O-rings and rely on precision fit to seal it up. This can lead to problems pulling the Egr out for either cleaning or replacement where it seems to be stuck in the housing forever. Even the Ford removal tool they supplied us breaks in half over the pressure. With my method you can save that housing. Check it out it may help someday.
