Howdy!
I have a quick (or not so quick) question I'd like to ask you all.
First off, let me just say, I'm sure this info is out there, but sometimes it's not so easy to find.

I have an early 04 6.0 (call it an 03) and I'm in need of a new oil cooler, going to do an EGR delete and reseal HPOP, etc up top. I plan on the following:
Oil filter stand pipe o ring
New oil cooler set, o rings, etc
Ipr o rings
Ipc o ring
Turbo drain pipe upgrade
XDP egr delete
New intake mani gaskets
Looking for HPOP o rings, seals, etc (any ideas here would be much appreciated)
Going to upgrade the turbo feed tube later.

So my question is this, did I miss anything?

Thanks Harry, the screens are part of the kits I'm getting, so they were implied in the "etc". I should've said that anyway. Found a part number I was looking for, for the hpop seals, 3C3Z-9G804-AA.

Also, the icp is only somewhere around 4500 miles. I'll prolly run some tests to be sure it's good tho.
Any other thoughts. I saw somewhere that it would good to replace the hoop oil feed tube,is that true?

Only the 04.5 and newer yr models need the modified upgraded hpop stc branch tube fitting. Early pumps like yours have a different branch tube as it's a different style pump, but heres some good info from DieselTechRon....pay attention starting at 5:50 towards the end of the video....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZWvDM5H30XA

Thanks Harry, Much appreciated!

I wish I could put in an upgraded hpop right now, but I can't really justify the cost. Then old one is working fine and I'm really just trying to find an oil leak while I have everything apart for the oil cooler and egr delete.
