2000 7.3L power stroke. In colder temperatures it sounds like my turbo is surging. It builds pressure and then blows it off, during warm up and even going down the road at 55-60mph. I have read into a little bit and sounds like my waste gate is sticking. is there a good way of testing the wastegate for failure. I have no engine codes coming up for any kind of failure at all. could really use some advice on this before winter hits and im stuck with no power or a broken pickup
