v6n140 cummins

Hey, just seeing if anybody knows where I can get parts for an old 352 v6 cummins. Its in a 1965 F-250 my granddad built back in the 70's. I'm Going to need a couple of pistons and sleeves to start. I called diesel specialist and was told parts are obsolete. Any help would be great. Thanks
