I know that the SCT is the best and safest programmer for 05+ PowerStroke, but a friend of mine has a new duramax and I told him to wait on getting a programmer till i check with ya'll. So which one is the best, I want to tell him the safest (that will not tear up his tranny or motor) and gives him a little more mileage since the new emissions kills these new motors MPG.

ok...well i will answer my own thread!
Outlaw, there is only a few out now, and they are brand new so there is not much feeback as of yet. I guess we should be lucky that anybody will help us find some more power from these hardcore japanese diesels that have been out for a year already.:usflag

You need to tell your buddy to join "the diesel place" so he can check it out himself. It's a GM diesel forum.
