My stock 6.4 gets 0.5% or less fuel in my oil reports. From the high percentages on your previous reports, something was wrong with your truck. Whether removing the DPF actually resolved the problem or simply masked it is unknown.

What would removing the DPF mask?

isn't it a known issue that the dpf causes fuel to be in the oil if the truck is turned off during regens.

True. Injecting fuel into the cylinders during the exhaust stroke will also cause fuel in the oil.
