Unfortunately, everyone in the office has an employee who everywhere needs to stick his nose. You just have to get through it. But there is salvation. There are business processes that can be automated. You can create software in which will "live" certain working moments. I work for a logistics company. We have developed a mobile application that greatly simplifies many processes. Now our team is working on proposals to improve the mobile application https://light-it.net/blog/how-to-make-an-app-like-wish-or-even-better/. It's going to speed up our work. And no one can stand there and say that I'm slow or wrong to file a report. We're automated.

Some companies or managers really just pressure their employees. It would really depend on the company you would work with which I guess is also luck. What I do is I just find something I can do on weekends to release that stress like off-roading or other things.

Recently it has become very difficult to get a job. Moreover, during an interview before employment, the head pays attention not only to the track record, which is reflected in the resume, but also to the personal characteristics of the candidate. To attract the attention of the employer and to stand out among other applicants, you need to write an essay (you can apply in bookwormlab). This essay will describe all your advantages as a specialist who will be useful for a particular organization. Keep in mind that a well-written essay is one way to achieve the desired position.
