Even though the 6.7s only have one turbo will they still be as fast as the 6.4's in the end when all the high horse power tunes get finalized and everything? And how is the fuel milage with a straight piped and tuned 6.7? Even with my 40s and lift i still get 15 to 16 mpg all around with my 6.4... Just want to make sure im making a good decision before i sell my truck.

In stock form the new ones are way nicer.
Nicer interior, easier steering, smoother ride, quieter, more power, better mpg.
Bit to be honest I kinda regret trading my 6.4.
My new one has little issues like defueling when tires spin. Yes even with TC off.
Front wheels don't always turn in 4x4. Nox senders fail in cold weather, does hold speed as well goin down hill with load on.

Love the new one. Just doesn't seem as solid as my old one

I'd wait. Next year the 6.7 is getting an upgrade to 400hp and 800tq.....I might be trading my 08 next year :thinking And they will probably have some of those bugs listed above worked out then too.

so when you say "next year", don't you mean 5 months ago?

the new 6.7 still have a version of a compound turbo set up, it uses a 2 sides compressor with a single variable turbine, so it is "similar" to what the 6.4's have but in a smaller more expensive package.
