Will a exhd 379 radiator for a short hood 359

Swapping a 378 (1993, 3406c) radiator in to an older 359 exhood presents problems as I detail in this thread beginning at Page 4. Scroll down 'bout half a page.

Use a measuring tape carefully and ascertain clearances for bottom hose and oil cooler if it is a forward mount. At best it's a very tight fit.
